To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have an excellent degree in Engineering or closely related disciplines. A Proven track record of good work experience in developing surgical or medical products, a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework in which medical products are developed and proven leadership ability would be necessary.

As a Group Leader your role will be to manage a team of engineers & scientists in the Surgical & Interventional Products Group to deliver the Group’s target financial performance.  The role will include line management of the Group members, recruitment to achieve Group growth and performance targets, sales support to the Surgical & interventional Business Development Process and Project Management.
